• Hosted by Novarum and W2i
• By Invitation Only
Virtually all users of wireless networks have something to complain about, and the discussion about improvement is ongoing. How do users get on solid? How do city officials and institutional leaders know they are getting their money’s worth from an installation? The User Experience Roundtable attracts a diverse group of existing and potential end users, from local-government authorities and IT departmental heads to institutional directors of campuses and hospitals, to emerging broadband-wireless service providers, wireless application providers and systems integrators. Findings will form the beginning criteria of a Wireless Networks Value Index.
• Co-Moderators: Phil Belanger and Ken Biba, Principals, Novarum

• Hosted by IBM and W2i
• By Invitation Only
Digital inclusion is a major motivation for deploying broadband infrastructure in urban and rural areas. But communications infrastructure is only one of many things that must align in order for local government leadership to trigger the adoption of integrated strategies and plans to address the digital divide, including funding and hardware needs, education and training, applications, and community support. This Roundtable in Tempe places a special emphasis on broadband-wireless and rural digital inclusion and accessibility, including in Indian Country.
