• At the closing plenary session chaired by Philadelphia CIO Dianah Neff, eight technology experts presented the most relevant roadblocks and opportunities for the successful adoption and deployment by local authorities of a broadband-wireless solution to improve city and public-safety operations, increase citizen satisfaction, bridge the digital divide and spur economic development.
